Contract Length: 6+ month contract Remote or On-site: 100% remote (working an EST schedule) USC/GC only Required Skills: 3+ years of experience Analytical Mindset: Excellent proficiency in interpreting data, identifying trends, and drawing actionable insights. Strong familiarity with SEO tools: Including SEMrush, Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, and other relevant platforms. Content Understanding: Comprehension of how to optimize content for search engines while maintaining user-focused quality. Technical SEO Knowledge: Solid grasp of technical SEO aspects like website structure, sitemaps, robots.txt, etc. Basic HTML/CSS: Understanding of basic web coding helpful for implementing recommendations. Passing knowledge of Sitecore: Familiarity with the Sitecore CMS to collaborate effectively with developers and web teams when implementing SEO changes. Communication Skills: Strong, proactive communicator with the ability to effectively present findings and strategies to stakeholders. Attention to Detail: Meticulous in tracking data, implementing changes, and reporting outcomes. Multitasking & Prioritization: Able to easily handle multiple, often conflicting priorities without losing sight of overarching goals and KPIs. Position Description: Analyze SEO reports to identify areas for improvement in website performance, including keyword rankings, organic traffic, site visibility, and inbound link profiles. Implement on-page SEO optimizations such as keyword integration, Meta tag adjustments, and content enhancements to improve search engine rankings. Collaborate with social team, developers, and content teams to implement SEO best practices and recommendations. Proactively engage with various teams throughout the company to source relevant, high-quality content for the website. Closely collaborate with the analytics and SEO firm, Trust Insights, leveraging their data and reporting to inform website optimization decisions. Maintain detailed records of all changes made based on SEO reports, including dates, changes, and outcomes to track the effectiveness of optimization efforts over time. Assist with keyword research to identify new opportunities and trends, and integrate findings into content creation and optimization efforts. Regularly assess the quantity and quality of inbound links. Identify low-quality or potentially harmful links, and take action to address them (through disavowal or outreach). Proactively implement link-building strategies to increase the number of high-quality inbound links to the website. Assist with competitor analysis to understand high-performing content strategies. Develop thematic variations of competitor content to enhance the company's content offerings and improve search visibility.
