Good understanding of AppExchange products/solutions and appropriately suggest for desired use cases. Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot and Integration skills are added advantage. Excellent Knowledge of Salesforce.com application (Both Sales and Service Cloud preferred) Formal Salesforce.com certifications strongly preferred. Understanding of all Salesforce Lightning & lightning components and basic understanding of Salesforce Object and relationships, Apex, Visualforce Pages, Triggers, Workflows rules, Page layouts, Record Types, process builder etc. Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, and tools such as Jira and Confluence. Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification is a plus.
