The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client. Requirements: Availability to work site during key project deliverables and to attend meetings at the Clients site in Tallahassee, FL (required); Experience in Oracle Peoplesoft Financials in Public Sector (7+ years); Experience in the functional use of Oracle Peoplesoft Financials on at least two project implementations within the last 5 years; Experience with business system integration with Oracle PeopleSoft Financials. Preferred: Experience in Project Management and risk identification (2+ years); Experience documenting business process needs and system requirements; Experience in overseeing testing, data migration, and deployment activities; Experience assessing the current OSCA business systems to determine fit or gaps with the PALM system functionality; Experience in Peoplesoft Financials Grants module; Experience in data flow and integrating PeopleSoft Financial modules -- GL, PO, AP, AM, AR, PR, and CM; Experience in Peoplesoft Financials core and modular configuration. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Coordinate various project activities, timelines, and resources to accomplish tasks assigned by the Florida PALM project; Facilitates the OSCA business transformation, optimization, and onboarding to the Florida PALM Project; Makes recommendations on systems process analysis, design, and simulation; Provides input and supports planning and prioritization for business process-related activities; Provides advice and leadership on future use of technology and business process improvements.
