The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing IAM solutions, with expertise in application, data, and infrastructure governance across both on-premises and cloud environments. As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and technical oversight to our team of developers and engineers. You will play a pivotal role in the design, deployment, and integration of Saviynt Identity Governance solutions to meet our customer's unique requirements. Additionally, you will be involved in the entire project lifecycle, from initial design and testing to implementation and ongoing support. Responsibilities: Lead the design, deployment, implementation, and integration of Saviynt Identity Governance solutions tailored to meet customer needs. Provide hands-on development, customization, and solution expertise in one or more Identity Management solution suites. Utilize your depth of understanding in Identity Management and Governance use cases to address complex customer requirements. Follow approved lifecycle methodologies and create comprehensive documentation for design and testing purposes. Interact and coordinate with customers as necessary to ensure project success. Provide technical oversight and direction to mid-level and junior engineers, fostering their growth and development. Train and mentor top talent to become experts in Saviynt technology and IAM principles. Assist the operations team as needed, coordinating with product engineering to resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation. Offer technical expertise and real-life experience in creating solutions, designs, proofs of concept, and implementations. Ensure the delivery of high-quality products within established timelines and budget constraints. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 8-10 years of solid experience in IAM architecture, design, and implementation. Demonstrated proficiency in IAM technology certifications. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of developers and engineers. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven track record of delivering successful IAM projects on time and within budget. Prior experience with Saviynt Identity Governance solutions is highly desirable. Authorization to work in the United States.
