I sincerely appreciate your time Position : Okta Technical Architect OR Okta Lead Okta with Entra External ID Experience Location : Baltimore, MD REMOTE in USA MUST WORK AS PER EST Time Zone Job Summary Seeking a highly experienced Okta Solution Architect / Lead with 15+ years of experience. Must have expertise in Identity Management & Governance and OKTA. Design and implement technical processes and procedures needed for the onboarding of applications into Okta. Work with the application owners and application developers to design and implement the operational processes best suited to their application. Collaborate with other Okta Engineers and the application owners to resolve technical problems. Responsible for monitoring the Okta environment for technical problems and taking immediate action where possible or escalating to the vendors when required. Work with the Customer and internal stakeholders to identify, design and implement new Okta processes and procedures as the environment changes or the software is updated by the vendor. Engage with and analyze the Workflow service to ensure high reliability and bring new ideas to the automate operations. Extensive understanding on IAM business processes, use cases and hands on implementation experience using Microsoft Entra ID Entra ID (Web Access Management) areas like Authentication, Authorization, SSO, Federation, Multi Factor Authentication, Risk based Authentication, Identity Proofing, Web Fraud Management etc. Entra ID Governance Life Cycle Workflows, HRMS Integration, Entitlement Packages, Access Reviews Hands on implementing and supporting Okta SSO, MFA and any other IAM tools. Hands-on experience to support application integration with Okta. Complete knowledge of process and flows of Open ID connect, SAML, OAuth. Hands On knowledge of API integration with Okta for Authentication. Must have experience working in Entra ID and integrating applications in to Entra ID Should have excellent experience working in Okta Access Gateways (OAG) and workflows. Understand the current CI/CD/IAM process of Agilent across different systems and teams. Strong analytical, problem solving & troubleshooting skills.
