Strong troubleshooting skills in various versions of Exchange Online/ Exchange 2016/2019 Strong troubleshooting and administration skills in MS Teams/OneDrive Strong troubleshooting and administration skills in MS Intune for the mobile devices (Android/Mac/iOS/Windows) Strong skills in service outage management and end user support experience Sound knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID, Azure AD Connect & Single Sign On Understand Networking and Windows OS concepts and PowerShell scripting PROCESS SKILLS: Excellent Analysis and Documentation skills Incident and Problem Management Skills Sound ITIL knowledge Flexible to support 24*7 CERTIFICATIONS PREF:- MD-102: Endpoint Administrator MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator SC-300: Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate Microsoft Azure Fundamentals -AZ-900, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals - MS-900 & SC-900.
