Role- Senior Salesforce Business Analyst Location- REMOTE Required Skills Excellent knowledge of and demonstrated expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing cloud and Knowledge of Salesforce Vlocity (is a plus). Knowledge of development tools and processes that will aid in formulating use cases and designing project requirements. Good understanding of AppExchange products/solutions and appropriately suggest for desired use cases. Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot and Integration skills are added advantage. Excellent Knowledge of Salesforce.com application (Both Sales and Service Cloud preferred) Formal Salesforce.com certifications strongly preferred. Understanding of all Salesforce Lightning & lightning components and basic understanding of Salesforce Object and relationships, Apex, Visualforce Pages, Triggers, Workflows rules, Page layouts, Record Types, process builder etc. Detail oriented ability to translate business and user requirements into detailed system requirements that are actionable by development team. Should be experienced in executing the platform of Salesforce CRM using Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
