Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst - SAP Demand to Supply Forecasting SME (Onsite) Location: Onsite 4-5 days a week in Vernon Hills, IL Area (Need local candidates) Duration: 18+ Months Contract Job Description: Must have LinkedIn with photo ABOUT THE JOB: 8 plus years of SAP experience with a minimum of 5 full life cycle implementations, including experience with #HANAS4 Extensive knowledge of SAP modules such as #MM , #PP , #SD , and #WM , including configuration, integration, and customization capabilities. Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and processes, with a track record of designing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proven ability to analyze complex problems, propose innovative solutions, and drive projects to successful completion. SAP certification in relevant demand to supply modules is a plus. What You'll Do (Skills Used in this Position): Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand demand planning, manufacturing management, inventory management, and order fulfillment process requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Provide expert guidance and recommendations on configuring SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Warehouse Management (WM) to support business needs. Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where standard SAP functionalities may require enhancements. Provide expert guidance on SAP finance module functionality, data structures, and integration points with other SAP modules.
