People who are up to date and doing project-oriented folks- border line architects Number of projects- Conversions to oracle Technical Priorities: - RPG 3- a lot like Java- object oriented- IAL 3 - Strong SQL- store prox- store procedure- Dynamic and static SQL o Service program store procedures o MQ series- or similar.
