Position: Product Manager PMP Certified (Hybrid) Location: Marysville, Ohio (Locals Only) Duration: 12 months Job Description: Work Type: Hybrid Less than 60% Minimum of two days a week onsite. Travel: 5% Occasional local Site-To-Site Travel For Meetings. Currently no plan of distant travel but may be needed to visit AHM office for one-time session during life of project. Managers Note: Must Have 1. ML/AI product management experience 2. AWS cloud project management experience 3. Scaled agile experience 4. Data analytics platform delivery experience 5. Team & Cost management experience What will this person be working on: In this role as a Product Manager, youll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our data-driven, cloud-native, and machine learning projects. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless project execution, timely delivery, and exceptional quality. The Product Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining product framework, schedules, budgets, and workflows in support of Market Quality process integration projects. This role will include leading and participating in broad scope requests and understanding/navigating complex Market Quality integration requirements. The designee will also be required to work with little supervision to define, document, present and provide accurate product status to the Program Manager. Job Duties: Proactively manages schedules to achieve related project deliverables in an agile leadership mindset Facilitates and coordinates regular reviews to reflect, plan, resolve/escalate project concerns and track product milestones Fosters strong relationships with Business and function groups, vital to success Coordinates the projects daily activities amongst the team and function groups Manages schedule changes, delays, and/or recovery efforts within the team and function groups Supports initiatives by collaborating with the team to clarify how decisions may impact schedules & budget and implement solutions to minimize potential risks Maintains accurate product documentation as required by company guidelines Ability to multi-task multiple projects/objectives/deadlines in a highly ambiguous environment Reviews and incorporates requirement documentations developed by the BA team into the product plan Communicates product progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders Monitors the performance of all resources assigned to a project. Takes appropriate action to motivate and manage Monitors product performance and adherence to quality, security, and regulatory standards Champion best practices in data, cloud, and ML Ops Manages turnover of product to postproduction as a requirement Follows all product artifact documentation / reporting requirements Ability to present to varying audiences, conduct in-depth technical analysis, lead, and prioritize multiple projects, work in a team environment as well independently Maintains Project portfolio utilizing PM toolset (Clarity), create and update cost plan as needed Vendor Management. Monitors and schedules installation contractors within the product schedule Provides input and guidance into the overall product initiatives Resource trackability (materials ordering, receipt, resource analysis) Plays role of Technical Product Owner of Market Quality AI/ML product.
