Demonstrated expertise in at least two SNOW modules (e.g. ITSM, CSM, SecOps etc.). Expertise in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Proven ability to set up ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, sophisticated UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts to meet needs.
