Position: Product Manager (Hybrid) Location: Marysville, Ohio (NEED LOCAL CANDIDATES) Duration : 12 Months Job Description: Travel: 5% Occasional local Site-To-Site Travel For Meetings. Currently no plan of distant travel but may be needed to visit Managers Note: Must Have ML/AI product management experience AWS cloud project management experience Scaled agile experience Data analytics platform delivery experience Team & Cost management experience Required Skills: Engineering or IS-related bachelors degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years of Agile leadership experience in leading IT projects, demonstrated ability in planning, execution in all phases of IT projects 5+ years product and/or project management experience desirable PMP Certification or Scrum certification desirable Excellent project management and process improvement skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and relationship building skills Excellent negotiation, diplomatic and conflict resolution skills In-depth knowledge and experience to lead Agile team using JIRA in Sprint planning, Sprint review, retrospective reflection/improvement Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Power Point, Excel, Word) Experience with PM tool such as Clarity Proven track record in successfully delivering data, cloud, or ML Ops projects Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) System architectural awareness and design Able to comprehend and understand situations to quickly draw conclusions and solve problems Effectively communicate issues, oral, written, and interpersonal Skilled in conducting needs assessment, and able to align IT with business initiatives Strong communication/people skills Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus Key Performance Indicators: Delivery of concise requirements to support quality process needs Estimation accuracy Project deliverable and schedule benchmarks Customer satisfaction Planning, design, executing project requirements Assist with strategic plans and roadmaps, execution and tracking deliverables If you are interested, please share your updated resume and suggest the best number & time to connect with you.
