DailyTasks&Responsibilities:

Monitorperformanceofourproductsandservicesandtakeactionasnecessarytomaintainresiliencyandavailability.

Researchandevaluatenewtechnologiesandtoolstoenhanceresiliencyandreliability.

Collaboratewithtechnicalandbusinessteamstoensurerequirementsaremetandtoidentifyareasofimprovement.

Monitorindustrytrendsandbestpracticesinresiliencyandrecommendchangesasneeded.

Monitorincidenttrendsandprovideoptionstoenhanceourresiliencyoptionstopreventfurtheroccurrences/outages.

Documentandmaintainprocesses,procedures,andstandardsrelatedtoresiliencyandsitereliability.
