Must have advanced experience in IVR testing, Cyara tool and Genesys application 2. Should have performed QE role with working experience in Selenium/BDD, Cypress, DevOps pipleline integration 3. Must have experience in implementing strong testing process 4. Should drive automation solutions for the LoB / account and should be able to deliver optimization and transformation levers 5.
