Ability to manage various software, hardware upgrades and projects4. Ability to work effectively with staff, various stakeholders, business partners and vendors.5. Ability to speak, read and write English.6. Experience with ITIL based systems such as ServiceNow7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and vendors.
