Ability to speak, read and write English.6. Experience with ITIL based systems such as ServiceNow7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and vendors. Ability to function in a team environment effectively and professionally.8. Ability to function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity.9. Good communication skills.10.
