Experience in understanding and defining overall organization Software Asset Management Process in align with business stakeholders c. Ability to conduct workshops with business and IT stakeholders to define overall SAM process. d. Experience in using ServiceNow SAM Pro as Software Asset Management Tool e. Expertise on Asset Management process (HAM and SAM) f. Expertise in Software Asset Management lifecycle and Software License Compliance Management g. Strong knowledge on various Software licensing models h. Strong knowledge on Software normalization process, Reconciliation process i. Extensive knowledge on Software asset management processes, including software procurement, license management and compliance verification j. Knowledge on software asset management tools to monitor software usage and license allocation k. Strong knowledge on Software Discovery, Normalization, Reconciliation process l. Understanding KPIs and convert them to requirements for implementation using ServiceNow SAM Pro m. Knowledge on ITOM, Content Library, CSDN n. Knowledge on creating and using dashboards on various SAM KPIs o. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate functional requirements to technical information Good-to-Have 1. Experience in using other SAM tools like Flexera and SNOW 2. Certifications in SAM 3. Working in agile environment. 4.
