| Title: Solutions Architect Contract : 12+ months Hybrid Location: Peoria, IL Local with DL local Visa : No,H1B,CPT,OPT Skills/Experience needed: BS Degree or higher 8+ years of experience in systems analysis and system design. 5+ years of recent experience as Solutions Architect and Responsible for analyzing and evaluating user requirements and converting them into business system designs. Assists in the development and implementation of new systems in compliance with organizational standards. Maintains documentation on existing and new systems, including enhancements or modifications. Provides follow-up to ensure success of programs Experience with Consulting with users to collect information about system needs, objectives, functions and features. Experience with Evaluating user requests for new and modified business systems to determine feasibility and necessary resources. Experience with Translating requests into a logical process that includes design, coding, implementation in order to provide completion estimates. Experience with Designing effective systems that adhere to user requirements and regulations. Participates with clients in testing system changes and enhancements. Provides technical support for system malfunctions and corrects errors. Monitors system performance and maintains documentation on all system enhancements, corrections, and operating procedures Ability to analyze and solve complex logical problems. Familiarity with AGILE methodologies Must work effectively in teams to achieve user objectives and ensure client satisfaction. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to coordinate the efforts of various departments and functions.
