Duration: 12 Months Candidate Requirements: Education & Experience Required: Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 10+ years of professional experience. Masters degree with 8+ years of experience also acceptable. Experience working with large programs or enterprise organizations. Familiarity and prior experience with leading cross-organizational system testing teams. Technical Skills: 5+ years of experience with Agile Project Management. 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master. Knowledge of MS Azure DevOps. Experience managing software development projects/programs focused on Quality and Testing. Technical Skills (Desired): Scrum master certifications. Familiarity with Application Development lifecycle. Familiarity with different levels and types of System Test. Familiarity with manual and automation techniques for system testing. Soft Skills: Advanced human relations skills for a cooperative working relationship. Ability to drive issues to resolution. Manage delivery of a group of related projects aligned with Digital Strategy. Positions Contributions to Work Group: Manage delivery of Platform features and capabilities. Provide support to multiple development/scrum teams. Interface with technical staff, management, and business resources. Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced Digital Project Managers. Create rough order of magnitude of program budget, track actuals, and forecast spend. Radiate program status using visual tools. Document all program-related artifacts including lessons learned. Advocate for the digital program and market it for successful adoption. Typical Task Breakdown: The Program Manager is accountable for ensuring successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and error-free. Responsibilities include managing project charter, communications, metrics, reporting, overall program plan, and budget. The Program Manager will: Use knowledge of cloud-based Platforms and digital processes to guide cross-functional teams. Manage multiple projects concurrently. Serve as the principal communicator with clients and internal stakeholders regarding project status. Identify and manage risks and issues. Define program scope with success indicators. Prioritize program requirements working with Product Owner or other stakeholders. Provide regular updates to Business stakeholders and consumers of program deliverables. Create and manage dependencies across all active projects. Evaluate team members and look to add required resources or train resources to improve IT skills.
