Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, handle their software, hardware and network configuration, ensuring all issues are properly logged. Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure. Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools on mobile devices Confirm Users Selection (iPhone Size, Color) with Order Inventory iPhones on Rialto CMDB Schedule Deployment with Users Give User Phone Unbox/Assembly iPhone (with Case) Power and Setup iPhone (Apple Business Manager) Guide Users thru procedure (Will be Provide) Perform Tests (Will be Provide) Checklist Printed Documentation Give users Instructions (Will Be Provide) Receive, Acknowledge Tickets for iPhone Migrated.
