Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Coordinating, facilitating and overseeing several projects for HR IT Technology team; Engage with multiple business units and teams to collaboratively to delivery key projects and strategic initiatives; Organize and facilitate project management activities from project start through project close; Organizes and facilitates project planning, PI planning, collaboration and requirement gathering sessions, project roadmap and status updates; Facilitates collaboration for both internal and external teams, identifying risk, resolving conflict, removing impediments, and reducing external dependencies; Work closely with team members and stakeholders in preparation for project activities and events; Makes appropriate and realistic commitments.
