The Business Analyst will be able to manage and understand release management concepts, API integration, as well as cross-team planning and collaboration for dependencies. The candidate must be an exceptional communicator, as well as be able to take the lead and drive the teams work. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree in business administration, computer engineering, information systems, finance, statistics, computer science Minimum of 7 years of direct work experience in a business analyst capacity working with business systems Experience using Structured Query Language (SQL) for data analysis. Business Analysis or Project Management Professional certification. RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as a liaison with stakeholders to analyze the needs of various functional business areas while enhancing software and reinforcing business standards Create detailed documentation of functional, system (non-functional), user and reporting requirements that may include but is not limited to: Use Cases, Logical Models, Process Flow Diagrams, Report Specifications and Data Mapping & Flow Diagrams Performs research and analysis for proposed projects to determine feasibility and durability Perform profiling and analysis of data from source systems Ensure that solution requirements are clearly documented, communicated, and validated Provide support to functional and user acceptance testing groups throughout development life cycle Assist with the creation of value proposition (ROI) for proposed projects Help the team to define and control scope for development initiatives and release schedule Work jointly with other IT Managers to create detailed work plans for software development and enhancement projects Responsible for status reporting, knowledge transfer and implementation plan as appropriate for the software solution being developed Build and maintain relationships with software application vendors and implementation partners Instruct, direct, guide and check the work of Business Analysts Keywords: information technology Arizona Lead Sr Business Analyst APIs Releases & Web Dev uvesh@largeton.us |
