| From: jai, spear staffing [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Salesforce Consultant Location: Remote Must be a US Citizen (H1B/GC/C2C not accepted) Rate:- $55/hour on C2C Job Responsibilities: Work with clients to solicit and develop business requirements and specifications, document process flows, and complete application design, application configuration, testing, and deployment Facilitate business process analysis sessions, requirements gathering sessions, and develop and deliver key components of Salesforce applications Configure Salesforce solutions to meet requirements while ensuring solutions are effective in the long-term using declarative configuration, including Flow and other out-of-the-box tools, whenever possible Support data migration efforts as projects require Write user stories and document work using customer and company-required documentation methodologies Contribute to the growth of the practice through thought-leadership, development of solution accelerators, reusable assets and participation and ownership of other operational areas (recruiting, onboarding, training, enablement, etc.) Required Skills: Preferred public sector experience or multiple Salesforce project implementation experience Must understand Agile Development and be able to plan, manage, and execute in that environment Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills Ability to work and thrive as a member of a team made up of multiple subcontractors and prime contractor employees, led by the prime Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Public Trust Clearance if needed Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree required US. Citizenship is required Experience and understanding of software development methodologies, e.g., Agile. Salesforce Certified Administrator plus one or more Consultant level certifications (Sales, Service, Experience, or Marketing Cloud) required. Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, and OmniStudio/PSS certifications are highly preferred. Maintain Salesforce certifications and be willing to assign them to HigherEchelon; seek to earn additional certifications for Salesforce. Shall have at least seven (7) years of general work experience. Shall have at least four (4) years of experience in building Salesforce business process models, writing acceptance criteria, and designing user interfaces for a production system.
