From: sachin chaudhary, K&K [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Location: Raleigh, NC, North Durham(Hybrid) Role Description: The Oracle HFM Lead SPOC at TCS in North Durham, NC, is a pivotal role responsible for the development, administration, maintenance, and support of Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) systems. The incumbent will oversee both on-premises and FCCS cloud suite implementations, ensuring seamless operation and alignment with business objectives. As the primary liaison between IT and finance stakeholders, the Oracle HFM Lead SPOC will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvements and project-based developments within the HFM environment. Competencies: Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Essential Skills: Extensive experience as an Oracle HFM Lead with a strong understanding of both technical and functional aspects. Proficiency in HFM functionalities including standard consolidations & eliminations, currency translations, FX adjustments, automated cash flow, multi-GAAP, intercompany matching, and workflow. Certification on Cloud FCCS is preferred. Expertise in HFM business rules, calc scripts (VB.net), and MAXL scripts. Strong accounting background with preference for CPA certification. Experience in Agile environments and proficiency with Jira. Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Conduct business analysis and gather requirements from key stakeholders to define changes and development within the HFM system. Lead ongoing maintenance and development of the HFM Application. Manage incident support activities and lead offshore HFM support teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business strategies and user needs into technical requirements. Take ownership of change requests from design to implementation. Advocate for usability, accessibility standards, and inclusive design best practices. Conduct research and critical analysis to identify opportunities for improvements. Ensure overall data integrity by maintaining key internal control processes and reconciliations. Assist with internal audit requirements for SOX compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve problems in response to alerts from FDMEE scheduling tools. Manage time utilization to ensure tasks are completed on time or escalate issues to management. Migrate change requests into the production environment after end-to-end testing and business approval. Support and monitor month-end, half-year, and end-of-year activities, including statutory reporting and cash flow. Configure source and target systems and continuously manage scheduling and mapping changes via FDMEE. Provide end-user support and training. Desirable Skills: Previous experience in project-based development and continuous improvement initiatives. Familiarity with Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS).
