Familiarity with Remote Desktop Session Host (RDSH), App Volumes, and Instant Clones is essential for success in this role. Responsibilities: Collaborate with team members to assess Horizon architecture and recommend improvements or optimizations. Configure and maintain VDI environments, including both persistent and non-persistent desktop pools. Manage Remote Desktop Session Host (RDSH) environments for efficient and secure application delivery. Implement and manage App Volumes for application provisioning and lifecycle management. Utilize Instant Clones for rapid deployment and scaling of virtual desktops. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Horizon infrastructure and associated components. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders as needed. Requirements: Proven experience as a Horizon Engineer or similar role. In-depth knowledge of Horizon architecture and best practices. Proficiency in configuring and managing VDI environments, including desktop pools. Experience with Remote Desktop Session Host (RDSH) configurations and optimization. Familiarity with App Volumes for application management. Ability to deploy and manage Instant Clones for virtual desktop provisioning. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
