Proven experience as a QA Engineer in the payments vertical, with specific expertise in the EPP/Dovetail platform. Strong understanding of payment processing concepts, protocols, and industry standards. Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing techniques. Proficiency in test automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and articulate complex technical concepts. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is a plus.
