Support External Validation and escalation issues Creates functional, non-functional, and integration testing environment or components and root cause analyses (replicate, debug) for moderate features with limited assistance Contribute to high-level test qualification and strategy documents Establish and enforce the quality standards for application areas under control. Adhere to Omnicell test engineering processes and procedures Engage in defect triage meetings Meets the definition of done and follows the quality practices in the team. Documents defects and failures in accordance with the quality standards Operate within an Agile Development environment and apply the methodologies. Active participation in Scrum Team activities (including grooming, estimating, and pointing) Communicate professionally with stakeholders Work as part of a team to design, develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts Mentor junior team members Other Troubleshoots complex problems with existing or newly-developed software by both product behavior and reading code Works with design, development, and the Product Owner to identify high-risk test areas early in the development process.
