Role: IBM Infosphere Datastage Developer Location: Cincinnati, OH (Locals) Duration: Contract Key Skills: Datastage, Risk Regulatory, ETL, SQL Note: Only H1 Visa who can share PP (Dont share GC, GC EAD, H4, OPT/CPT) Role Description: Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled IBM InfoSphere DataStage Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing ETL solutions using IBM InfoSphere DataStage. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design data integration solutions, and ensure the smooth flow of data across systems. Responsibilities: Develop ETL processes using IBM InfoSphere DataStage to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into target databases/data warehouses. Design and implement efficient and scalable data integration solutions to meet business requirements. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data integration needs and translate them into technical requirements. Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data quality and integrity. Optimize ETL processes for performance and reliability. Develop and maintain documentation for ETL processes, data mappings, and data lineage. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration processes. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data integration and ETL tools. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in developing ETL solutions using IBM InfoSphere DataStage. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies. Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, DB2). Experience working with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus. Familiarity with data modeling and dimensional modeling techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Certification in IBM InfoSphere DataStage is preferred.
