Role: Workday Payroll Consultant Location: Princeton, NJ(Day 1 Onsite) Job Description: At least 10+ years experience in Workday intergration :One to two years of additional relevant experience in technical specialty areas Hands-on training and experience in a cutting edge cloud technology Investigate the business and technical requirements for the Workday web services Performs Workday implementation tasks, Develops and conducts data integrity audits on PeopleSoft data for Workday implementation Knowledge of localization and legislative requirements in various countries in Western Europe UK, Germany, FranceAct as a point of contact for the project / client for delivery of Workday Integrations Plan, lead and execute Workday implementations including leading global project teams Workday report development, testing and validation Design and implement requirements in the Workday HCM Financials solution Participate in Global Workday Deployments Investigate the business and technical requirements for the Workday solution Application Testing Must be able to assist clients with the testing of the Workday solution and the corresponding integrations Develops working relationships with other members of project team and management external clients Tactical execution of work plans as directed by the project team for region/vendor population Integration Requirements Definition - Investigate the business and technical requirements for the Workday solutionIntegration Requirements, Design - Investigate the business and technical requirements for the Workday solution Enter exceptions for new hires, terminations, overtime, PTO, and follow up with HR or staff as necessary Design, develop and test integrations between Workday HCM and Gr8 People Design and implement requirements in the Workday HCM solution, building consensus around business processes and design Collaboration with smart people in a dynamic team environment Mentorship and ongoing learning and development opportunities An accelerated path to full-time entry-level consultant opportunities Work in a team environment that includes client interactions, work stream management, and cross-team collaboration Analyze business requirements to determine integration solutions across various types of integrations Thanks & Regards Srikanth V e: Srikanth.v@itechus.net iTech US, Inc.
