Detailed JD :

We are seeking a skilled M365 Engineer with expertise in Entra ID, O365, SSO (Single Sign-On), MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), and Security and Compliance administration. As an M365 Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft 365 (M365) environments to ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance with organizational standards. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and services, as well as hands-on experience in managing identity and access management, security features, and compliance requirements within the M365 ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft 365 environments, including Entra ID, O365, SSO, MFA, and related components.

2. Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions to streamline user authentication and access across M365 applications.

3. Implement and manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to enhance security and protect against unauthorized access.

4. Administer security and compliance features within Microsoft 365 to ensure data protection, regulatory compliance, and threat mitigation.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365 services, security, and compliance.

6. Stay updated on the latest Microsoft 365 updates, security threats, and best practices to proactively address emerging challenges and opportunities.

7. Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures related to M365 administration, security, and compliance.

8. Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders on M365-related initiatives, projects, and operational tasks.

9. Participate in planning and executing migration projects to transition on-premises systems and services to the Microsoft 365 cloud platform.

10. Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure M365 environments align with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. Proven experience as an M365 Engineer or similar role, with a focus on Entra ID, O365, SSO, MFA, and Security and Compliance administration.

3. Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, including Active Directory, Azure AD, and Federation Services.

4. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, such as Azure AD Connect, ADFS, or third-party identity providers.

5. Experience in implementing and managing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for user authentication and access control.

6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

7. Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900) or similar credentials are a plus.
