This includes scheduling, coordination of testing and production readiness planning working with various project teams and IT/Business users. Associate should have experience in requirement gathering, managing and documenting business and functional requirements, effectively acting as a liaison between management, developers and QA engineers Experience in onsite and offshore model. Lead offshore to ensure reporting batch completion and support related activities.
