They are responsible for configuring, developing, and directing the software lifecycle, from initial design to implementation and maintenance. This role involves collaborating with departments or customers, analyzing requirements, and recommending solutions to meet business needs. Competencies: Application Programming Interface (API) Camstar (Siemens Opcenter) Mendix C++ Essential Skills: Designing, configuring, and developing solutions using Opcenter EX FN / EX DS modules, with hands-on experience from version 3.3 onwards. Proficient in both front-end and back-end development, with solid skills in Visual Studio, MVC paradigm, Rest API, OData protocols, and C++/C# programming. Familiarity with various out-of-the-box (OOTB) apps and their usage within Opcenter. Experience with Mendix for UI development and integration. Understanding of shop floor systems integration and domain knowledge in manufacturing and/or supply chain. In-depth product knowledge of Siemens Opcenter Foundation and Opcenter Execution Discrete. Experience leading 1-3 Siemens Opcenter MES implementations, from design to deployment. Ability to understand customer requirements and provide solutions using OOTB product features to minimize customization. Expertise in writing SQL stored procedures, unit testing, functional testing, and integration testing. Deployment, UAT, and Go-Live support, along with application maintenance, support, and enhancements. Proficient in technical documentation and test case documentation. Knowledge or experience in Opcenter & SAP ECC integration.
