| From: Dolly Rawat, Tek inspirations LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Job Title: PeopleSoft Security Specialist Location: Onsite Albany, NY (Local or nearby will be preferred) Duration: 30 months Detailed Description of Engagement: Provide expertise and recommendations to support information security initiatives. Implement information security procedures and processes, risk management and remediation activities, as well as monitoring and reporting for compliance. Implement security control audit plans. Implement Audit Vault FGA polices and alerts. Improve monitoring and detection capabilities. Create complex SQLs to determine separation of duties conflicts. Create and maintain SQL library. Create Audit Vault alerts. Review Oracle Cloud Security policies and logs Mandatory Qualifications: Four or more years of experience with PeopleSoft security architecture. Experience must include creating and managing user roles, creating and managing permission lists, and user profile management. Two or more years of experience using PeopleSoft Portal and its integration with PeopleSoft applications, Active Directory, PeopleSoft Single Sign-On or Oracle Internet Directory (OID)/OVD security infrastructure. Worked on at least one PeopleSoft project implementing new role level security and workflow. Two or more years of experience designing and implementing security across PeopleSoft applications (including PeopleSoft Portal). Two or more years of experience analyzing and troubleshooting a problem and providing a solution rapidly and decisively. One or more years of experience with application & server security administration including software installations, deployments and configuration/troubleshooting/problem solving on Windows, UNIX and/or, AIX. Six or more years of experience in using SQL over PeopleSoft Data Structures. Three or more years of experience providing knowledge transfer on new technologies and/or the developed application to other staff. Two or more years of auditing an Oracle Cloud Security environment. Desired Qualifications: General Security knowledge has previous experience implementing security controls and understands audit guidelines. Knowledge of PeopleSoft security and workflow tables. Ability to write SQL statements on demand without using a template. Knowledge of SDLC process and controls. Familiarity with internal controls best practices. Knowledge of PeopleSoft Security and Workflow Applications. Detailed Description of Engagement: Reading and configuring an Application package to work with security control points. Ability to create PeopleSoft security roles and associate the appropriate access to them. Create and execute PS Queries and SQLs for reporting and security audit purposes. Create and run scripts as they relate to configuration. Ad hoc project responsibilities as needed. Ability to troubleshoot security scenarios. Stand up regional routing framework for DEC Security and Workflow for majority of modules. Work with DEC to update their Administrative structure to align with regional management of SFS administration. Institute new user preferences as defined for each new role created under various projects and add the new role assignments and related preferences to ASA Self Service. Review and improve upon new and existing Security functionality.
