Role: Salesforce Lead / Architect Location: Chicago, IL (Locals) Duration: Contract Note: Only H1 Visa who can share PP (Dont share GC, GC EAD, H4, OPT/CPT) Role Description: We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Lead/Architect to join our team and lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce platform architecture, customization, and integration, along with strong leadership skills to guide and mentor our Salesforce development team. Responsibilities: Lead the design and architecture of scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and drive business growth. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for leveraging Salesforce, and translate requirements into technical specifications. Architect solutions that adhere to best practices, standards, and design patterns on the Salesforce platform. Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce developers and administrators, mentoring them in Salesforce development best practices and methodologies. Lead the implementation of Salesforce projects, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and other business systems and applications. Perform code reviews and ensure the quality, scalability, and performance of Salesforce solutions. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in Salesforce development processes and practices. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, technologies, and industry trends, and assess their applicability to our business needs. Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce, providing expertise and guidance to stakeholders across the organization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) preferred. Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or Lead Developer, with a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, architecture, and ecosystem. Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including customizations, configurations, and integrations. Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. Experience with Salesforce integration tools and technologies, such as Salesforce Connect, Salesforce APIs, and middleware platforms. Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security model, and sharing mechanisms. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience leading and mentoring Salesforce development teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
