Your role will involve orchestrating information flow, tracking commitments and program risks, and collaborating with key stakeholders to address interdependencies and resolve roadblocks. Your adeptness at collecting and synthesizing data from various sources will be crucial for effective reporting to key stakeholders. This role demands exceptional stakeholder management skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to supporting critical projects. Key Responsibilities: Close the deployment gap of Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) agent installation across product environments. Ensure consistent high coverage of EDR installation in both cloud instances and on-premises hosts. Develop and deploy a program to monitor the "health" of EDR agents, including correct tags and operational status. Establish sustainment processes and procedures for the Endpoint Security Program. Required Skills: Proficient in network security with experience in planning and deploying agent-based security solutions at scale. Strong stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage complex technical programs effectively, including scoping, planning, and execution with multiple work streams. Excellent presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences. Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders of all levels. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technical engineering teams from product and security organizations. Ability to identify and mitigate risks to programs and propose solutions to minimize impact. Ensure project compliance with functional and technical specifications. Additional Skills: Experience with MS Office 365 applications, Jira, and Confluence. Strong follow-up skills, resourcefulness, and attention to detail. Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage workload with minimal oversight. Conversational knowledge of common enterprise operating systems, configuration standards, change management processes, and security tools.
