Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2. 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with a focus on Azure cloud security. 3. In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud services and architecture, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Storage, and Azure Networking. 4. Hands-on experience with Azure security tools and services, such as Azure Security Center, Azure Sentinel, Azure Firewall, and Azure Active Directory. 5. Strong understanding of cloud security principles, including identity and access management, data encryption, network security, and security monitoring. 6. Experience with security assessment and auditing tools, such as Nessus, Qualys, and Azure Security Center. 7. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are highly desirable. 8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify security risks. 9. Position Overview: As a Senior Security Engineer specializing in Azure cloud security, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization's digital assets and ensuring the security of our cloud infrastructure. Leveraging your expertise in Azure cloud security, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security measures to protect our systems and data from potential threats and vulnerabilities. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement comprehensive security solutions for Azure cloud environments, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and compliance requirements. Conduct regular security assessments and audits of Azure infrastructure, identifying and addressing potential security gaps and vulnerabilities. Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines specific to Azure cloud environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls into cloud-native applications and services. Configure and manage Azure security services, including Azure Security Center, Azure Sentinel, Azure Firewall, and Azure Active Directory. Monitor Azure cloud environments for security incidents and respond promptly to security alerts and breaches. Perform threat modeling and risk assessments to proactively identify and mitigate security risks. Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies relevant to Azure cloud environments.
