Associate should have experience in requirement gathering, managing and documenting business and functional requirements, effectively acting as a liaison between management, developers and QA engineers. Experience in onsite and offshore model. Lead offshore to ensure reporting batch completion and support related activities. Administering Tableau/Business Objects/Spotfire Enterprise Framework for large-scale deployments such as Tableau 2022.3/2021.4/2020.4,2018.3, 2018.2, 10.4,10.3,9.0, Business Objects XI 4.2/XI 3.1/XIR2, Spotfire 7.8. Installation/configuration/upgrades/performancetuning/loadbalancing/capacityplanning/troubleshooting of servers including XIR2 through XI 4.2 SP8 and Tableau 10.3 through 2022.3/2021.4 Associate should have integration experience in Informatica/Salesforce/Dremio with Tableau for better visualization and scanning PII/PHI data. Coordinated with network administrators, analysts, developers, DBAs, etc. to resolve issues in supported applications. Support and Coordination of planned upgrades, enhancements and maintenance outage windows in collaboration with the infrastructure teams. This includes scheduling, coordination of testing and production readiness planning working with various project teams and IT/Business users. Automated several recurring, manual activities like Tableau extracts using PowerShell/Alteryx designer and Alteryx server which saved numerous hours every month. Performance monitoring and tuning of the environments to ensure smooth operation, to identify and resolve manage performance issues and to drive best practices and maintain constant uptime. Coupled group security with IAM-based authentication and grouping. Associate should have worked on Tableau Server Installation, Configuration, Maintenance, Security, creating users, groups, projects, assigning access levels.
