Ensure seamless collaboration and communication among Agile teams, stakeholders, and product owners within the SAP context. Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams to plan, execute, and track Program Increments within SAP projects. Monitor and report on the progress of ARTs, identifying and resolving impediments that hinder the achievement of program objectives. Act as a liaison between the ART and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and Agile teams' deliverables within the SAP domain. Define and implement Windchill configurations, customizations, and extensions to meet specific business needs. Provide technical expertise in the integration of Windchill with other enterprise systems (ERP, CAD, etc.). Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to keep the Windchill environment current and optimized. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and best practices. 10 years of experience working with Windchill PLM, including design, implementation, and customization. Strong proficiency in Windchill PDMLink and associated modules (Change Management, Workflow, Document Management, etc.). Experience in Windchill customization using Java, JSP, Windchill APIs, and Info*Engine. Knowledge of CAD integrations with Windchill (Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
