| Sr. Devops Engineer with development background (SOME KIND OF DEV BACKGROUND) Position: Sr AWS DevOps Release Engineer (Dev background) Company: Republic Services Location: AZ preferred- remote OK but must be flexible to AZ hours. Duration: Contract through EOY with potential extensions Must Haves: Bachelors degree in IT or related field (Required) Minimum 2 years experience in a DevOps Engineer role (Required) Minimum 2 years experience with Amazon Web Services (Required) Experience using Agile/Scrum methodology. (Required) Plusses: Experience in continuous integration and continuous deployment. High-level of understanding of the software development lifecycle or process flow and analysis. Should have some experience with security and DevSecOps, helping to promote security in software development and operations.
