Hello Partner, Hope you doing well Role: WORKDAY PAYROLL INTEGRATIONS CONSULTANT (w/PECI and Studio Expertise) Location: Remote Experience: 10+ Years MUST HAVE: Has experience working at a certified Workday AMS partner and was / or is integrations certified. Must have Workday payroll (PECI) studio experience for 3+ years. Must have experience deploying and supporting large customer We are also a Workday customer and certified Workday AMS provider supporting many of our clients using Workday. About the Role Our Workday Payroll Integration consultants work directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements, provide guidance, and configure integrations through to testing and deployment. They will also lead vendor engagement and coordination. The focus for this role is on supporting and configuring payroll integrations and applicants should have a good understanding of core Workday payroll functionality and 3rd party payroll integrations (e.g., ADP). Applicants must be a strong self-starter with very strong XSLT along with expertise in Studio (inbound web services/outbound PECI transformations). They must have had experience in implementing PICOF and PECI integration for third party payroll vendors (preferably ADP) The Opportunity and Responsibilities: Ability to review / interpret / refine requests from the business or end user teams and translate them into technical requirements. The consultant will manage configuration of the system to the customers expectations and requirements Perform hands-on advanced integration configuration, testing, and deployment activities, as needed Work with project managers and functional consultants around configuring integrations and associated configuration in line with Workday methodologies Support report development and data conversion as related to the integration scope of work Work effectively under time-critical deadlines and handle competing priorities Oversee and provide Q/A reviews for our offshore integration developers What you need: 3+ years of hands-on configuration experience with Workday payroll integrations across multiple deployments. This requires strong XSLT experience along with Studio expertise (inbound web services/outbound transformations). Experience configuring PECI connectors and transformations with other payroll integration vendors like ADP and their various payroll products (e.g., Globalview) High-level understanding of the Workday integration (with other systems / applications) architecture, in particular APIs Supported integrated testing strategies and coordinate testing efforts with end-users Ability to manage multiple tasks while not losing focus on quality Strong communication, presentation, and analytical mindset with attention to detail and quality.
