| Hello, Role: SAP IBP S&OP Lead Work location: NEW BRITAIN (US:06053), CT Duration: 10+months JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP IBP S&OP Lead to join our team. As the IBP S&OP Lead, you will be responsible for leading the S&OP solutions for our clients. Responsibilities Demand Review: Demand Management Defined, Agenda, Dashboard Key Principles, Participants and Roles, Running a Class A Demand Review, Examples and Workshop Product Management Review: Product Management Defined, Managing the Pipeline, Synchronize phase in/phase-out, Resource Capacity Planning, Running a Class A Product Management Review, Performance Metric, Product Review Output and Workshop Supply Review: Worksheets, Best Practice Attributes, Supply Plan Development, Rough-cut Capacity Planning, Running a Class A Supply Review, Agenda and Output Reconciliation Review: Agenda, Dashboard, Gap closing, Scenario Planning, Key Principles, Participants and Roles, Examples, Running a Class A Integrated Reconciliation Review and Workshop. Management Business Review: Business Leaders Expectations, Best Practice Attributes, Running a Class A Management Business Review, Agenda and Output, and Discussion. Financial Review: Issues, Agenda, Performance Measures, Output, Examples, Running a Class A Financial Appraisal and Workshop Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience 15 years in leading SAP planning solutions. 7 plus years in IBP S&OP, Control tower. Expertise in SAP IBP In depth knowledge and hands on experience with SAP IBP modules Demand planning, Inventory Optimization and Supply Response. Scenario Analysis Skills Experience conducting scenario analysis and what if simulations within SAP IBP to evaluate monthly sales and operational planning. Also provide the cadence to the business how S&OE works. Communication Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
