| Direct client position Position: Sr. Business Analyst Duration: 1 year Location: Remote Client: state of North Dakota Experience/Preferred Skills Required: 8+ years of experience working on large scale, complex projects. 5+ years of SNAP, TANF or other economic assistance program expertise. 7+ years of experience in leading requirements capture, management and analysis activities, including conducting user interviews, leading and facilitating JAD sessions, and developing business process models and formal specifications Web portal development and implementation experience Experience with UI/UX design Business Analysis Process (SDLC, documentation procedures) experience. Excellent impact analysis and prioritization skills within program and development teams Excellent analytical skills, the ability to integrate information from multiple sources to execute effectively and efficiently in a dynamic environment Outstanding verbal and written communication skills at all level of the organization Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, be a team player, and be well organized and efficient with excellent judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent customer relation skills including presentation and meeting facilitation.
