| Senior Business Analyst Remote but must be local to Phoenix, AZ 1 Years No H1B, CPT and OPT Arizona candidates only !! PROJECT INFORMATION: - Should be very familiar working with web (digital applications- customer facing applications teams). IMPORTANT NOTES: Fully remote, with occasional visits to office for on-site collaboration Project is expected to run to the end of 2024, and contract can be extended based on organizational need for 2025 and based on performance. Interview with existing senior BAs and the Manager from the Digital team, Two rounds MUST HAVE: Large scale initiatives, some technical experience, experience with collaboration across multiple teams, comfortable with aggressive timelines, experience with APIs, release management, and web development Must have experience with Daily sprint ceremonies, directing the work for the team members, Story creation, sprint planning, project roadmap, liaison between business and technical team, point of contact for the team. MUST HAVE: Bachelors degree in business administration, computer engineering, information systems, finance, statistics, computer science or a related field or minimum of 5 years of direct work experience in a business analyst capacity working with business systems related to systems support, analysis, or development Experience using Structured Query Language (SQL) for data analysis. Business Analysis or Project Management Professional certification. Required Experience & Skills: Acts as a liaison with stakeholders to analyze the needs of various functional business areas while enhancing software and reinforcing business standards Create detailed documentation of functional, system (non-functional), user and reporting requirements that may include but is not limited to: Use Cases, Logical Models, Process Flow Diagrams, Report Specifications and Data Mapping & Flow Diagrams Perform research and analysis for proposed projects to determine feasibility and durability Perform profiling and analysis of data from source systems Ensure that solution requirements are clearly documented, communicated, and validated Provide support to functional and user acceptance testing groups throughout development life cycle Assist with the creation of value proposition (ROI) for proposed projects Help the team to define and control scope for development initiatives and release schedule Work jointly with other IT Managers to create detailed work plans for software development and enhancement projects Responsible for status reporting, knowledge transfer and implementation plan as appropriate for the software solution being developed Build and maintain relationships with software application vendors and implementation partners Instruct, direct, guide and check the work of Business Analysts Thank you!
