Day-to-Day A successful Senior Salesforce Developer candidate will have a solid record of delivering technical solutions under timeline and budget constraints and a proven track record of working efficiently with business and technical teams. This role involves not only application development, but also mentoring, innovation, collaboration and supporting other technical resources. -Develops custom applications using Salesforce.com and integrating Salesforce.com with other systems. -Applies best practices and design patterns of best-of-breed applications developed on the Salesforce.com platform. -Advocates Salesforce.com usage and mentors junior members of the development team. -Partners with stakeholders from Sales, Marketing and Service to implement and rollout cloud applications across organization. -Operates and leverages Agile and Scrum methodologies.
