I'm reaching out with an urgent request from our esteemed Lucid leader, Natasha. She has expressed the need for an onshore resource to serve as an SAP SuccessFactors Lead for a duration of six months. The individual will play a pivotal role in building an SAP SuccessFactors Center of Excellence (COE) under the guidance of Saumya, as their team currently lacks this expertise. We are optimistic that if the consultant proves to be a valuable asset, there could be an opportunity for this to evolve into a more extended engagement. While preference will be given to candidates local to the SF Bay Area, it is not a strict requirement. The ideal candidate should be ready to onboard as early as tomorrow, so time is of the essence Key Responsibilities: Design and implement comprehensive SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including Employee Central, Payroll, Onboarding, Recruiting, Performance & Goal Management, and Calibration Compensation. Manage migrations from legacy HRIS systems to SAP SuccessFactors and integrate with third-party tools. Lead HR transformation projects, ensuring best practices in HR business processes. Drive strategic vendor selection and manage vendor relationships for cloud-based HRIS platforms. Ensure compliance with GDPR, Data Protection Act, SOX, and other regulations. Develop and maintain insightful reports and dashboards for informed business decision-making. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in HRIS, with extensive hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors. Proven track record of managing large-scale HRIS and process change management solutions. Strong project management skills, familiar with Agile, Waterfall, and RAD methodologies. Excellent analytical skills, adept at writing requirement documents, fit-gap analysis reports, and training documents. Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Information Systems, HR, or related fields. SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred. Professional Experience: Experience as an HR transformation consultant or HRIS lead. Strong background in system solutions management and HRIS implementations. Demonstrated ability in data modeling, vendor management, and developing HRIS integrations.
