Position: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant Location: Houston , TX (Day 1 Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract JD Experience as a Functional Consultant implementing Dynamics 365 solutions. In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Service Automation. Strong understanding of business processes and best practices. Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, workflows, and reports. Experience with data migration activities using tools such as Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, or SSIS. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate) preferred. Education: At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
