Position Title: Delivery Head - Execution Lead (Telecommunications - Mobile) (
Note:  This is not a Technical Lead/ Delivery Lead / Delivery Manager position, It is overall Clients Delivery Head- Which means Head of operations for the Delivery)

Location: Remote (Monthly once Travel required to Miami, FL/ Dallas, TX/ Irving ,TX)

Job Description:

Role Overview:

As a Delivery Lead - Execution Lead in the telecommunications sector, specifically focusing on mobile services, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution and delivery of projects and initiatives within the mobile domain. Your role will encompass coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, managing resources efficiently, and driving the implementation of mobile solutions from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for mobile-related initiatives.

Coordinate with stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, designers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Execution Oversight:

Lead the execution of mobile projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and quality standards.

Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Resource Management:

Allocate resources effectively to support the execution of mobile projects, including human resources, budget allocation, and technological assets.

Collaborate with resource managers to identify skill requirements and onboard suitable talent as needed.

Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, key milestones, and any changes to project scope or timelines.

Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners to drive project success.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure that mobile solutions meet specified requirements and standards.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies throughout the project lifecycle.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the mobile delivery framework.

Proactively seek feedback from stakeholders and team members to drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Telecommunications, Engineering, Business Administration) required; advanced degree preferred.

Proven experience (15-23+ years) in project management or delivery leadership roles within the telecommunications industry, with a focus on mobile services.

Strong understanding of mobile technologies, architectures, and platforms, including but not limited to 4G/5G networks, mobile applications, and IoT solutions.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and tight deadlines.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across organizational levels.

PMP, Agile, or other relevant certifications preferred.

Familiarity with telecommunications regulatory environment and industry best practices.

Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Agile/Scrum frameworks
