Participating with the business in discovery sessions and helping to clarify the business problems and opportunities. Documenting and communicating all technical aspects of design. Ability to effectively work with business users to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements. Business consultant experience in Supply Chain Planning processes and solutions (Kinaxis). Highly skilled in root cause analysis, debugging, and understanding E2E technical data flows. Solution Design and implementation experience with Kinaxis Rapid response Demand Planning, Capacity Planning, S&OP, Inventory Planning, Distribution Requirement Planning, Inventory Management etc. Experience and proficiency in advanced level of Kinaxis RapidResponse resource design and authoring such as composite workbooks, workbook automations, dashboards, scorecards, tree maps, charts, forms etc. Experience in RapidResponse scripting and solution extensions will be an added advantage. Experience with participating in design sessions, resolving technical issues during various project phases. Proven experience in consulting, conducting analysis sessions to understand the functional and technical needs of project requirements and the developed technical solutions to meet those needs. Experience facilitating/leading functional /technical analysis and/or design workshops in support of desired to-be business requirements and then transferring the information gained into a written design document for group review and consensus. Being able to translate business requirements into solutions, advising the client on best practices and sustainable solutions.
