You will be instrumental in implementing and refining machine learning models, including LAMA 2, Falcon, and Mistral, for natural language understanding tasks within our innovative chatbot application. This role offers an exciting opportunity to optimize model performance through advanced tuning techniques and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for successful integration and deployment. Key Responsibilities: Implement and fine-tune machine learning models, including LAMA 2, Falcon, and Mistral, for natural language understanding tasks within the chatbot application. Utilize advanced tuning techniques such as hyperparameter tuning, learning rate schedules, and regularization methods to optimize model performance. Explore and implement low rank updation techniques for efficient parameter updates while maintaining performance standards. Develop and implement parameter-efficient finetuning methods to optimize resource utilization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate and deploy machine learning models into the chatbot application. Work closely with software engineers to internally modify machine learning models to align with project requirements and enhance performance. Conduct comprehensive analysis and experimentation to evaluate model performance and identify areas for improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Proven experience in implementing and fine-tuning machine learning models, particularly in natural language processing. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with machine learning libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Solid understanding of advanced tuning techniques, including hyperparameter tuning, learning rate schedules, and regularization methods. Familiarity with low rank updation techniques and parameter-efficient finetuning methods is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Strong communication skills and ability to present complex technical concepts clearly and concisely. Additional Experience (Falcon and Mistral Model): Experience in implementing and fine-tuning machine learning models, specifically the Falcon and Mistral models, for natural language understanding tasks. Proficiency in utilizing tuning techniques such as hyperparameter tuning, learning rate schedules, and regularization methods for optimizing the performance of Falcon and Mistral models. Ability to conduct thorough analysis and experimentation to assess the performance of Falcon and Mistral models, identifying areas for enhancement and refinement. Collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams in integrating Falcon and Mistral models into the chatbot application, ensuring seamless deployment and functionality. Strong problem-solving abilities to address any challenges encountered during the implementation and fine-tuning process of Falcon and Mistral models. Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts related to Falcon and Mistral models clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
