Please Follow As Per below JD Position:- SAP IBP consultant Location:- New Britain CT - Remote Duration:- 12+ Months 7 plus years in IBP Inventory Optimization hands on experience with SAP IBP modules, particularly Inventory Optimization. Note: No-H1B & OPT JOB DESCRIPTION " As the IBP Inventory Optimization Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and optimization of SAP IBP Inventory Optimization solutions for our clients. Responsibilities Requirement Gathering Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand inventory management requirements, demand variability, supply chain constraints, and service level targets. System Configuration Configure SAP IBP Inventory Optimization module settings, including safety stock parameters, lead time modeling, demand sensing, and inventory segmentation. Inventory Modeling Develop and maintain inventory optimization models within SAP IBP, considering factors such as demand variability, lead times, service levels, and supply chain constraints. Scenario Analysis Perform scenario analysis and what if simulations to evaluate the impact of different inventory policies and strategies on service levels, inventory costs, and overall supply chain performance. Performance Monitoring Develop and implement performance monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track key inventory metrics, identify areas for improvement, and measure the effectiveness of inventory optimization strategies. Training Provide training and support to end users and key stakeholders on SAP IBP Inventory Optimization functionality, processes, and best practices. Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience 15 years in leading SAP planning solutions. 7 plus years in IBP Inventory Optimization projects as a lead consultant. Expertise in SAP IBP In depth knowledge and hands on experience with SAP IBP modules, particularly Inventory Optimization. Inventory Management Skills Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including safety stock optimization, demand variability, lead time modeling, and service level optimization. System Integration Skills Experience data integration interfaces mapping between SAP IBP and other systems using technologies such as CPIDS, or custom interfaces. Scenario Analysis Skills Experience conducting scenario analysis and what if simulations within SAP IBP to evaluate inventory policies and strategies. Communication Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams. Problem Solving Skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions.
