Develop and deploy RPA Solutions: Create, configure, and deploy automated processes using blue prism RPA software to streamline business processes.2. Process Automation: analyze, design, and implement automated solutions for various business processes.3. System Integration: Integrate blue prism with other systems in use ensuring smooth data flow and communication.4. Development and Testing: Write and maintain blue prism scripts, conduct testing and resolve any issues or defects.5. Documentation and Training: Prepare documentation for RPA solutions including process maps, technical documentation, and user guides. Provide training to users on the solution during handover.6. Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor the performance of the new process and make amends as required to ensure reliability of new implementation.7. Collaboration: Work closely with consulting, business, IT and other stakeholder teams and ensure collaboration8. Security and Compliance: Ensure RPA solutions adhere to security standards and regulatory requirements.9. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues and errors in RPA implementations.10. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement enhancements to existing RPA solutions. Competencies: Digital : Robotic Process Automation - BluePrism Experience (Years): 8-10 Essential Skills: 1. Blue Prism Certification: Blue Prism Developer certification.2. Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, or Java is often required for creating and maintaining Blue Prism scripts.3. RPA Experience: Prior experience in robotic process automation, particularly using Blue Prism, is highly preferred.4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business processes and design effective RPA solutions.5. Communication: Good communication skills to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and explain technical concepts. Desirable Skills: Project Management: Knowledge of project management concepts to manage RPA projects effectively.Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing technology and business requirements.Team Player: A willingness to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve automation goals.
